Variety : 100% Chardonnay «Côte des Blancs»
Year : N/V
Volume : 750 ml
Aging : 36 months

Tasting Note :
The dry mouth is slightly sour, and the mouth is fragrant, which perfectly interprets the terroir features of the special garden in Baiqiu District. At the beginning of opening the bottle, the slightly sweet aroma enters the nose; the taste is slightly sour, and after entering the throat, the aroma of toast comes out in the mouth. The aroma of the mid-end rhyme changes from slightly sweet aroma to roasted hazelnut aroma, with aromas of toasted buttered toast and wine lees (Wine Lees). The longer the contact with air, the more obvious the aroma of roasted hazelnuts; after entering the throat, the aroma continues to spread between the mouth and the teeth, the taste changes from slightly sour to slightly sweet, and the final rhyme is dry. It is very suitable for single drink or with Japanese cuisine.
