Tasting Note :
At the beginning of opening the bottle, a plump lemon scent floated, and the slightly sour taste entered the throat, comfortable and delicate. After being in contact with air, the aroma of honey mixed with the aroma of wine lees (Wine Lees) gradually appeared, and the aroma of toasted brown sugar toast in the throat appeared. The mid-end rhyme tastes smooth and thick from a dry mouth. The sweet peach scent spreads out in the mouth; after entering the throat, the thick caramel cream scent stays in the throat, and the mouth is fragrant, sweet but not greasy. It is very suitable to drink alone or with Chinese food, such as Cantonese dishes or Peking duck.«Best served at : 11°C»
