Appellation : Burgundy-Beaujolais Cru , AOC Moulin-À-Vent
Variety : 100% Gamay
Volume : 750ml
Vine: 40 years
Aging : 15 months in stainless tank
Tasting Note :
2019 was a very good vintage, with plenty of sunshine, making the wines of this vintage balanced, refined and full of aromas. The grapes for this wine come from the historic Moulin-à-Vent (Windmill Vineyard). At the beginning of the bottle, the aroma of red plums and Japanese-style salted prunes wafts. After entering the bottle, you can feel the sweet vanilla ice cream, strawberry flavor, and increasingly obvious rose aroma, clove and cedar essential oils. The aroma of licorice and sour plum, the original fresh rose aroma has changed to dry rose. The overall feeling is a light wine with a light body and an elegant taste.
