Aroma :
At the beginning of the bottle opening, the honeysuckle smelled out. When the aroma gradually diffuses, the fruity aromas of white peach and yellow fragrant plum are released. After contact with air, the hazelnut aroma gradually becomes obvious.
Tasting Note :
This champagne has a straw yellow colour with copper highlights and has a delicate, persistent effervescence.
Its nose develops floral aromas and hints of dried flowers.With aeration, the aromatic palette reveals fruitiness, white peaches and mirabelle plums, followed at the end by hazelnut and caramelized nut notes.
