Tasting Notes:
Beautiful cherry and pomegranate shades. When the bottle is opened, the aroma of black cherry, licorice, fig and clove gradually drifts out; in the taste, the aroma of smoked oak barrels and spices such as pepper and tobacco gradually emerge, with a hint of leather, the aroma is rich and rich. On the first taste, the wine is fresh and round, smooth and smooth. When combined with the air, the glass exudes the sweetness of Balsamic Aged Black Aged Vinegar, smoked oak barrels and blackberries and dried fruits, which is the first choice for banquet guests. The wine is perfectly balanced with the right amount of tannins, with a dark plum and smoky finish. It is suitable for medium to heavy meals, such as: grilled ribs, cassoulet and aged cheese; Chinese cuisine and Taiwanese cuisine are perfectly matched.
