Tasting Note:
The wine with ruby luster in the orange-red garnet color is the most representative wine of the winery. A wine with rich layers and extremely elegant flavors. Begins with sweet raspberry and liquorice aromas, and gradually develops dry longan, smoky walnut wood and spice aromas from oak barrel aging. This wine is a classic wine of the Odasa Manor, with a solid structure and varied taste levels. Medium-bodied wine with succulent and fruity sweetness that slips in the mouth. Classic brewing, great wine for drinking now and adding value to ageing. Soft tannins and moderate acidity make this wine a good meal pair. A good wine that goes well with roast duck and all kinds of Chinese dishes.
