The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from Besserat de Bellefon is a Champagne of great occasion which nevertheless has the capacity to adapt to many dishes.

The robe is yellow with golden reflections, a sign of great purity and the effervescence is light.

The nose presents fresh and fruity notes accompanied by floral notes characteristic of Chardonnay.

The tasting is structured on a great scale although the minerality dominates.
