Tasting Note :
Blanc de Noirs draws the sun from which it derives its vigor, and spreads the scent of its fruit wherever passion invites it. Beating heart, an explosion of flavors!
To the eye: a beautiful color with shiny bronze reflections.
On the palate: it is an intense wine which brings to fruity notes of grapefruit, allied to the freshness, balance and complexity of Verzy and Mailly-Champagne which make this champagne an airy wine.
Pairing and food: it is a champagne not only as an aperitif but also at the start of a meal with grilled sea fish or in sauce or with white meats flavored with black truffle from Quercy or Alba. Also suitable on a red fruit salad for dessert.
