Tasting Note :
The perfect summer climate in 2012 gave this vintage champagne a rich body and extraordinary aging potential. At the beginning of opening the bottle, the scent of pear fruit and green apple entered the nose, gradually turning into the scent of black currant and fresh grass. The first taste of the taste is slightly bitter from the branches, showing the unique mineral characteristics of this garden. With a light sip in the mouth, the golden fine and strong bubbles bounce on the tip of the tongue, which is very lively and interesting.
The middle flavour tastes smoother, the aroma of lemongrass and the fragrance of the clean morning air diffuse in the nose. The final rhyme is sweet and has a peppery aroma ◦ The perfect combination of classic super garden Chardonnay grapes and strong Pinot Noir grapes is fully presented in this champagne ◦ Definitely worthy of collection, suitable for elegant people who love champagne ◦
